"as always we are unhappy when a customer isnt satisfied the chimney smokes like any chimney will when you dont use a grate to lift the wood off the floor also we broke out tile to put in the largest liner possible also i installed a top sealing damper a standard part that will have snow build on if u dont think ahead and open close it nothing i can do about that i installed that free of charg"

Replaced flue liner with diameter that is too small. Rumford fireplace is now smoking up the family room. Called to complain and Mike sent his assistant, who told me i needed a grate raised up on bricks to improve the draw. The crew broke the throat damper during installation. Mike sent a crew back to install a chimney top damper free of charge. After snow fall, the damper won't open due to weight of snow.

Called me before I had a chance to call him, and sent out someone to get details of the job the same day. Was slow to call back with quote. When I accepted the quote, Mike scheduled the job for the following week. I called him back later that day to reschedule because I had another committment and he said he would "do the job tomorrow"! The crew arrived on time and installed liners in both flues in 1/2 a day. Cleaned up well and answered all my questions. Price seemed a little high, but they did a good job.

Work was satisfactory, they did a good job . I just thought they were a little high priced, even though they are in line with others. Cleaning 100.00 , damper replaced , material 120.00 . 1/2 hour labor 2 men . Total charge 400.00 . Overall happy with job. If I did it again I would have bought the damper and install it myself it took all of 20 min to install .

Mike was very professional and courteous. He really listened to what I needed and the job was performed in a timely manner. They cleaned up the work site of all debris and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the job. I will be calling Mike again for my other brick work that I need done.

They did a nice job on time and for an excellent price. I was somewhat unhappy with clean up. Also they destroyed a number of my wife's plants, but maybe that couldn't be help. Overall an excellent job.

Quick response. Sent a crew over within 1-2 days. Did some patch work to help secure existing wall and rebuild a section that fell. Job was done to my approval and the work area was left clean.

They were fantastic...quick, reliable and the work looks great. The only downside is that they left a considerable amount of small, broken pieces of bricks and concrete in the yard.

Absolute Chimney was thorough and came out as scheduled. All associates I came in contact with were friendly and let me know exactly what was going on and what was to be expected. I was warned that sometimes a backdrops can occur, and through no fault of their own, this did happen at my house. But the professionals dealt with it accordingly and left my house as clean as though nothing had happened. I would absolutely recommend this company and look forward to working with them again in the future. They were reliable and their prices were very competitive.

They seemed really good and worked fast. The problem was timing--they set up the appointment for some time between 12 and 4 p.m. and showed up at 4 p.m. My whole afternoon was shot sitting around waiting for them.
