Fast efficient and professional. I was promised a leaf guard for the unit that I have not yet received but I have no complaints as I was able to get a unit much better than the one I had planned on for the same price as the lesser unit. Still waiting to see the savings on electric bill tho.

Received a call and was told service tech would be at my home the next morning for an estimate. Called back the next day with a very good estimate and gave the go ahead. Work was done quickly. I am very very satisfied with the service. I live out of state and my house is a rental . The manager had suggested someone else who had a much higher estimate. Being the good friend, (and now the really good friend), of an out-of state homeowner who rents, I contacted Service Magic when she was informed of a fairly severe mold problem by her renter. Having hit the the veritable lottery with Service Magic earlier, (in my quest for an insulation company), I came back. And got a response from Jason at Absolute Clean almost immediately. At night no less! He followed up promptly the next day with a call to the renter to set an appointment. Wow. From my outside standpoint; I'm quite impressed. P.S. While I do not know the outcome, I'm unable to praise their customer service w/o rating all areas involved

EXCELLENT SERVICE

This was the fastest project I have even thought of and completed. Absolute gave me an estimate, we discussed and awarded him the business. The work was completed two days later. All the workers were friendly and did a good job. They installed a complete duct system. We now have clean air and no dust.

The good: Called me almost immediately after inquiry. We set up an appointment that week and work was completed same day of appointment. So these guys were quick and efficient. The Bad: Very expensive!... Very bad follow up... It took over a month to recieve warrantee info and reciept after several phone calls (and I still have yet to receive info on guaranteed warrantee pricing for next years service). I was also promised before and after photos which I also have yet to receive. -So, Great initial service, but lack in overall service and follow up. Also very expensive... should've shopped around a bit first.
