Company had to order the unit I wanted. They kept me apprised of the arrival of the unit and installed as soon as it arrived .

I hired them to install a new Ac unit inside and out they came out and did the job when they said they would. Within two months we started having problems with freezing up. They came out multiple times (close to 20) to fix issue and everyone would say something else was wrong with it, and the person before did not know what they were doing. They put stop leak in it etc and removed the thermostat that was supposed to be in it and put a cheaper more simple one. This rocked on and off for all summer last year. This hole time my power bill was over a hundred dollars more than the previous unit that was in. The heat part worked fine for the winter. At about April of this year it froze up again and someone came out and noticed that half the air return was blocked because the platform was never cut to fit during install, so he cut it and it seemed to work better. At this point we were supposed to get a new unit from York for the warranty on the unit. Well the story was since it was over a year York would not replace and we were stuck with this one. Then there was an UV light fault and I called because I was unsure of what that meant. The employee came out and said this is going to be my first service on the unit that was supposed to be after six months, but they came out so many times and it begins now because it is supposedly fixed now. He drills into a sensor unit completely shuts off and he has to replace it to make it work again. He also pumps Freon in outside because levels are not right. Shuts completely down following Saturday. I call they can not get any one out until next day. Guy shows up next day in another ac companies ac truck gets it running and says I owe $85 for a service call. Says York sucks and tries to sell me a unit from his new company. I have a 10-year parts and labor warranty. So I google York Ac installers in area call Trinity Heat and air he comes out looks at it and finds that its installed completely wrong. I have the wrong thermostat all the wires on it are not ever ran much less hooked up so it runs on full speed all the time. That is why the power bill is so much higher. Mold is growing behind the unit inside because it is not sealed properly. The copper is not the right size. Also, a lot of other technical stuff. They did not even pull a permit. So I am feeling ripped off. But for some reason Trinity called York and they are going to replace the unit because of the installation mess-ups and stand by their product. It is going to cost me $3500 for having all their work redone but at least it will be done right. I would not hire them for anything very disappointed.

Insulation install was very good, however the rest of the job took much too long to complete, in fact, still not done as of 31 March. Main problem was saying they would do something and then not showing when they said they would. Bad for business...cannot recommend.

Every detail of cleaning AC ducts was done. Cleaning vent covers touching up where needed, cleaning floors after done. Exceptional work.

Dustin, did the estimate and was very helpful answering all my questions. Jason and Justin did the job and were very courteous and did an awesome job.

They showed up for their appointment on time , courteous and pleasant, went right to work exposing problems resulting from Hurricane Michael. They established. That rain during the storm entered the roof vent - vent cap was blown off in the storm. The moisture had entered the motor and caused mold in the ducts. The storm Als o shifted the condenser off its foundation. Both A/C and Heater need to be replaced. They indicated a report would be sent to the insurance company. We will probably hire them to do the work..

They were able to replace my A/C next day and saved me from tearing up my ceiling when another A/C company told me my A/C was fine and it was broken duct work in the ceiling. The other company was wrong and this company was right. They cleaned my all my vents when they replaced the system. This was a nice touch as mine were pretty dirty.

Very professional - found issues that I was not aware existed & corrected them. Will definitely use him again!

Brandon arrived on time, inspected ,diagnosed and repaired A/C. He finished the job on time, explained the product, warranty, and how to register the A/C for the extended warranty. He was polite and answered all my questions and did a complete cleanup of area. I would highly recommend Absolute Clean HVAC, and Brandon.
