New first-time homeowner. Have had several jobs done on my house. By far, Yves from Absolute Comfort was the most pleasurable to work with. Honest man. Good quality work. Worked extra hours late into the night to get the job done. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you have any reservations about home repair companies. Made me feel at ease. Three days now and I'm getting much improved central a/c.

He pretended to not know how to test a capacitor, used his tester with secondary capacitor module still wired in, so module failed. I insisted he retest with connectors pulled out, then module passed just fine, he pretended that this was a new discovery to him, in reality he was trying to get me to buy parts from him, when the original parts were OK. I did buy a capacitor booster for the main capacitor because the compressor was 30 years old, needed more surge current to start it. He did great work otherwise for a great price. I knew what parts needed to be replaced. His failed attempts to trick me tells me he can not be trusted by anyone.
