They were very prompt in responding. Our septic had backed up. After clearing the plugged area, I was advised to hire a company that would run a camera through the line to assure that there wasn't a break in thr pipe. We did that. It was no coincidence that there was a fracture in the line at the same spot that the electrical line was placed above the septic line. It took several years before that fracture totally let loose. John and his crew came out after I let them know the next day and replaced the line. Our tank lids were also buried below ground. They put in risers and brought the lids to ground level in accordance with code. He and his crew are very knowlegeable and do excellent work.

ADS came to my aid today with our "septic situation". Above and beyond the call of duty, they replaced our septic pump & rewired it to code...all during a tornado warning and vicious thunder storm. These guys are PERFECT. Professional, thorough, instructional, affordable - the works. We will be clients for life. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I stumbled across the other tradesmen before luckily received a call from John who got the info from HomeAdvisor. After one plumber, one underground camera service plus another septic tank "pro" which charged me $90 but did almost nothing except calling his electrician friend to come and put in a new pump for us, I was so fed up with all the hassle but no concrete answer to the cause of problem (waste water backing up, with all toilets in basement flush slowly). John is able to give us a full picture of what happened with very courteous manner and straightforward price. I'd highly recommend anyone who has septic tank on property for his service. And I'll surely use HomeAdvisor again in the future. Very happy with the overall experience.
