Quick response, only took about 45 minutes to handle cleaning out the tank. The only issue was the price given on the phone was hundreds cheaper than competition, but when he got there he tacked on another $50 for having to use more than one hose. Which means the price was still fantastic compared to others but that charge should have been mentioned on the phone. I had left a check for the original amount and had to pay the rest over the phone later. All in all you CANNOT beat this company in price and work quality. Definitely recommending to everyone I know!! Will use again when needed!!

The folks from Rooter Express came promptly to repair one of the field lines from my septic tank, which was blocked by tree roots & leaking on the lawn. They did a professional job (though their backhoe broke down & had to be left in my yard overnight) & were courteous throughout. They did provide an estimate beforehand but wound up charging the maximum though I am unsure if the overall job justified the final cost.
