Absolute Foundation Repair

Mark agreed to do a job on my house. I waited 7 months, understanding weather and other things come up. He showed up the morning the work was supposed to start and when I was clarifying what was to be done, since we hadn't discussed in 7 months, and asked if a trench could be dug alongside my patio, he became very angry. He stated, "I am not a landscaper! Who is going to pay me for this? Pay me now. I need a check. You have been difficult from the beginning." This was all highly unprofessional and surprising as it was my realtor that had worked with him on the deal. He instructed his worker to pack up and stormed off. Very unsettling and unprofessional.

Mark inspected my foundation twice and expressed his openness to accommodating my preference for where the inside wall anchors were to be located. I accepted his bid and waited about a month to have the work done. When he finally showed up I asked him to 1) adjust the locations of the anchors a couple of inches so they were all at the same height and 2) make a minor adjustment to work around some electrical conduit. Thats all I asked of him. Suddenly, he angrily replied: â You do not supervise this job. Im outta here! And, without further dialog, he immediately stormed off with his crew and equipment. I was left stunned and confused by his senseless response and, ultimately, stood up on the job. You decide if you want to work with someone like this on your project.

Mark and his professional crew delivered excellent service. I had an old tile foundation that was failing and they were able to replace it with a proper concrete one. Their work was completed quickly and for a very reasonable price. I recommend them without hesitation.

Mark was a true professional to work with. Took care of every detail and went out of the way to make sure we were happy with the work. would recommend to everyone.

Extremely professional and responsive. Answered the phone when I called, responded immediately to an e-mail question, came 10 minutes erly fr appointment, fair price, and completed the work on time. I am a widow and mne was an inside the basement sump pump/foundation repair, Advanced Construction moved my personal items in the vicinity of the repair and placed them back in perfect order after repair was done. I give this company and A+++++++ and would hire them again. My house is in the Lake of the Ozarks area and in the past it has been challenging locating a good contractor. Advanced Construction did an excellent job.
