Within 30 min of posting my request on Home Advisor I was contacted. They were able to schedule the work for the following morning between 0800 and 0900. Cliff, the owner, showed up at 0840 and even apologized for being late (which he wasn't). Cliff was friendly, fast and very knowledgable. He was done with the job by 1000. Old door rails and springs out, new rails and springs in. While the price for labor was a little high for the work done (flat labor fee that only took him an hour -- reason for the lowered value rating) I would definitely recommend and hire Cliff again.
