Charles from Absolute Heating and Cooling was wonderful. He gave me advice to fix my nest thermostat install but when I asked that he come he was there before noon that day and it was fixed within 15 minutes! Excellent Service.

After our home warranty company sent us a slew of awful companies who never actually fixed the problem, we were lucky enough to find Charles. Charles is honest, dependable (if he says he's coming and willl be there in 15 minutes, you'll see him in 15 minutes) and actually gets to the root of the problem. He stays until the problem is properly attended to, he's extremely friendly, and he is literally the only company (out of five that we've used) that'd we recommend to others. Stop looking and go with Absolute Heating and Cooling.

Mr. Winans arrived earlier than expected and on Sat. morning to boot and had our mystery problem solved in under an hour. We again have an operating older central air unit rather than facing having to replace one because of a bad, or dishonest diagnosis. The price was more than reasonable and I enthusiastically recommend Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning.

The service man was very polite and was here when he was scheduled, he told me what I needed and what needs to be done and I hope to use him for all my heating and air conditioning needs. He even took pictures and showed me what the other company should have done and didn't and I impressed with that.
