Breech of service and Professional Negligence. The owner Chris is very rude unprofessional and a Liar. I recorded him yelling and lying to me. I have a bad rodent issue and upon speaking to Chris, I told him I had the issue for some time and hired others and they were not able to do the job. They made an appointment for me, and the person showed up 2 hours late and knocked on my neighbors door when my address is clearly displayed in 3 different areas of my home. The guy came in and tried to sell me a plan that I did not understand how that plan was going to take care of the issue. After about an hour of negotiating because he showed up late and I asking for a discount, he did not place me on a continuous contract. We paid about $500 initially. They basically when upstairs in the attic and placed bait. They took so long to come back it was like the issue was escalating. I called several times and spoke with the receptionist (very professional) and told her my concern. Chris called me and asked me the same questions and said that I need the exclusion/inclusion plan. I said would that take care of the issue, he said based on what you are telling me, it seems like you need a home improvement person to come to the house and look for point of entry and do sealing. Mind you this is what I called them for initially. He told me that he had a guy Cody that would do the job for me and that he did not know how much it would cost. Again (desperate) I said send him over. Cody came over and told me that he built some type of contraption that would go on my roof and go around the house outside perimeter and seal entry points. I asked him how much he basically said $1800 I said Hell no, we already gave you all 500. I said how about $1500 (desperate again). He made an appointment came and had to come back because he said he did not have all the material, upon his return he went on my roof and did whatever. When he finished I asked for the pics. He said he forgot. I also stated to him prior we have a brand-new roof and solar panels and that I did not want him to affect any of that. he said it would not. Bottom line was when he finished he said what he did would solve our problem. I said what percentage of guarantee do you think? He said 99.9% we will not have any more issues. I said great. 2 days later same issues. I called him and said you said we would not have any issues. You guaranteed it. We still have the issue. He said it may not be rodents it may be something else. I contacted Chris and told him he came over and I also showed him the text message where I sent the text message to Cody repeating what he said. 99.9% guarantee. Chris said I dont know why he told you that and that the text message meant nothing because Cody did not respond to that. I said if it was untrue, he would have defended it. I said call him and Chris refused. He also argued with me. I have recorded this guy lying. I told him and he said let me hear it. I said you will hear it in court. I have several witnesses that heard what he promised to do and never done. The did not give us no traps, no tracking powder, just excuses and then act as if we were a problem after taking our money. Every time I asked, he said we not getting no money back. I felt like he manipulated us under duress. One more point, they also told us to cut a hole in the wall so they can place poison in there and said we are responsible for closing it.....mind you this was supposed to be a part of the $2000. I did it and had to pay someone to close it back. After we closed it he said you should not have closed it. I said you did not tell us that. He then said he would buy some panels and cut the wall open that has a spring to keep going in the wall to monitor, when the time came, he denied everything and did not come the time promised.

Chris James and his team worked with us on price, were professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They put rodent traps, etc everywhere they found evidence of rodents, and Chris goes above and beyond personally responding to my questions over text. We feel confident that if the rodents/pests come back, their team will take care of it with our bi-monthly package.

The customer service to the technician was wonderful any and everything you ask they did it with a smile. I would recommend to any one I know.

Here at our business in the restroom we had wasps coming through the bathroom fan, talk about scary its that time of the year and its like they woke up and were coming in to make a homeð ² I went online to find an emergency service that could get out right away this could not wait... Absolute Pest Control got right out and fixed out problem right away, The tech Chris was very Nice, Professional, and most importantly knowledgeable he calmed my nerves new what to do explained to me what needed to be done step by step and also guaranteed the work with a 90 day warranty I hope I wont need you again but if I do you will be the 1st I call!!!!

Absolute Home and Pest Solutions has been awful to deal with. Bottom line, Absolute Home and Pest Solutions misdiagnosed the pest issue at my house and charged me three monthly treatments for the incorrect pest. I ultimately solved my pest issue by calling ANOTHER pest company that professionally and correctly diagnosed the issue and removed the pest in one single appointment. As such, since the other company solved the issue, I canceled the third appointment with Absolute Home and Pest Solutions 10 days in advance. No service was rendered and in spite of a cancellation confirmation they charged me anyway, refused to refund the charge, and the billing department never returned my calls. I have never felt so taken advantage of by a company. Save yourself the four-month nightmare and just skip to hiring another pest company. Zero stars!

Christopher came to our service call. He was polite, personable and kept me informed every step of the way. I had mice and termites. Since the service, I hear no more mice scurrying in my walls behind my stove. Great service, on time and keeps in touch to make sure no more pests are pestering me. Very happy with the service :)

They did a great job and were easy to work with. The person who helped us was understanding of our situation and was eager to find a solution that worked for us. They took care of the issue the same day, for a fair price when we thought they were only going to give us a free check. I would recommend this company to others in need of bird removal from gable vents.

Chris showed up, gave me a price And completed the job in 2 hours. He cleaned up and explained some issues. He gave me A 90 day warranty and he is honest and has integrity.

Absolute home and Pest was able to come out the day after we contacted them and quickly examined my home and suggested treatment. We were able to catch most of the rodents within the first week and they were able to seal the entries points into my home just a few days after the first treatment. Overall, very happy with the service!

Unprofessional and poor customer service experience.

I hired service for removal of small animal in ceiling which went well one way door & siding sealed. I contracted for black ant spraying which went well. I then hire for trapping of groundhog which was vetting dissatisfied with service (animal walked past cage several times on security camera) nothing else done was told to pay another 30 days contract fee (almost $700). Express to speak to mgmt no one contact me yet, cage not removed & scare to go out back because of animal. Lost $700 original charge (put cage ($70) out and placing bait meanwhile animal ignoring all & this express & shown to Chris & Darryl. Nothing change in process they use & went me to pay more. The review delayed but now I heard something Today in ceiling (job completed in July) . Iâ m so Dissatisfied. No one to help me I have 2 out of 3 services paid not completed successfully, Animal in ceiling & yard..

I called them for an inspection for a new home I moved into. I naively signed a contract but backed within the allotted 3-day time frame after doing more research. They upcharge you with a 299$ initial fee so even if you can back out of their contract you end up paying a hefty fee. In my opinion, this is a very poor customer experience. I would have gladly paid for the initial service they did, but charging 299$ for spraying around the house/basement and knocking out a tiny wasp nest is unfair and leaves the customer with poor taste. I urge first-time home buyers to do their due diligence and do not recommend this company.
