Very simple and VERY easy to understand

Did a great job.

We recently moved from California and are purchasing our first home. The owner was very professional and took time to explain concerns found throughout the inspection. They were thorough and prepared. The inspection report was detailed and included many pictures for reference. Notes were in the report that showed what steps to take for further due diligence. The value we got was GREAT. They offered a discount right before the Holidays as Christmas was a few days away. We chose to go with this company because they are straight forward, no gimmicks, and the owner has over 25 years as a home builder. Period.

Due to the inspection, we had an issue with our septic pump breaking, that never existed before. Cost a few thousand dollars to fix.

My inspector, Mike, was very thorough and informational. He showed me things that could be problematic in the future along with things that were actual problems which needed immediate attention. He seemed to be very passionate about home inspections since he has 25years of construction experience. He relived me of my stresses about the home. Very Professional Very Prompt Very Informative

They were very nice took there time with inspection answered questions I feel they were very thorough but when I called to make appointment Mike Johnson said same day reports and he would go over it with me when he was done. When he was done with inspection he said the report would not be done that day it would be tomorrow sometime and that he couldn't stay to go over anything because he had another appointment. And I had to repeatedly call him for my report that I paid for and later on found out he sent it sometime the next day but it was sent to wrong email, i had to repeatedly call to get info changed on cover sheet of my report such as name, address of house etc. Although he is a good inspector i would recommend him but i would have liked to go over inspection after it was done like planned and make sure you have right info on cover sheet but everything else was good

Michael was wonderful! He was thorough and detailed with his inspection. He went over the report with us in person and we had a copy of the report that same evening. Overall a great experience hiring them!

Mike is very professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about home construction. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a home inspection. It was a plus to have him him do thermal scanning of walls and floors.
