Not a good experience; contractor should have mentioned objectives of project not obvious to me to bring up but should have been to them; Will not know quality of workmanship until time elapse; attempts of customer service were pressured to me.

This company was competent, professional and provided excellent workmanship. The customer service was amazing. They did everything that we agreed upon. They arrived on time, cleaned up immaculately and personally supervised every step of the project. Within two days, my new roof and gutters were installed. No more water intrusion!!!!! I highly recommend Absolute Home Remodeling and will be using it in the near future. If you need work done in your home, this is your company! Thanks Sonny, Joe and your amazing crew!!!!!

The best contractor experience in my life. I contacted Absolute Home Remodeling thru Home Advisors to give me an estimate on storm damage to my roof and interior. Sonny of Absolute came to my home to meet with me and explained the costs of the repairs and the entire process of repairing my home and working with my insurance company. During our first meeting he assured me that he would complete the entire project for the amount that my insurance would cover and that I would not have any out of pocket expense except for my deductible. He met with the insurance company claim rep and myself for over two hours and negotiated the scope and cost of the job; the negotiating process was thorough and painless for me. The job was completed on time and as scheduled. The workers were extremely professional and meticulous in their cleanup. The results for exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this contractor for a "pain free" experience. Absolute Home Remodeling delivered on all their promises and did an outstanding job. Thank you Sonny.

I had to replace a roof within weeks and Absolute Remodeling did a wonderful job. I didn't have insurance claims to help me and Sonny was able to work with me with a very fair price and resolving my issues right away. He and Joe were on top of the replacement from start to finish. Joe and Sonny are very good guys. Very easy to work with. They are the only one follow up after a quote. Although some contractor offered lower price but did not detail explained the quality of the material and what I really need. They explained everything tried their best to match the lowest offer. I don't mind when prices are a few hundred dollars difference when I have good of services. They were organized and on time. Got everything work out beautifully.

Sonny did a very good job on my home, he ensured that the whole place was cleaned and kept intact afterwards. The final project turned out great, Need to let you know he did my Sidings , new windows and was instrumental in getting me new roof to match the sidings at a very affordable price. The contractor was very personable and professional. The crew, was very respectful and extremely efficient. The contractor and foreman were available on a daily basis, especially when questions arose, due to the work on premise. Sonny was very efficient and professional in handling all aspects of the installation of my roof. Once he saw the type of damage, he contacted my insurance company on my behalf filing my insurance claim as well and met with the insurance claim adjustor on site making sure I received the maximum amount allowed. In addition, his work crew were courteous and did an excellent job on the installation and completion of the project in one day. Also, I was very impressed with Sonny, that he followed up with me to confirm that I was satisfied, and if not he would correct. I strongly recommend anyone to use his services.
