The tech installed a spring over a commercial door completely satisfied however he did not adjust the garage door opener chain causing it to break, when called back out the same day another tech came and wanted to charge another service call and labor. After reviewing original bill, I was charged $860 for a scissor lift rental for one hour use, tech stated that they had to rent the lift because their equipment was down. When I contacted them I requested the mgr contact me so we could discuss the bill. Manager (TIM) would not even return my call. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL Billing Dept. stated they charge EVERY customer that fee weather they rent the equipment or own it. I explained that they were in the business to do this type of work daily and to charge that large fee was unacceptable that a fee should be reasonable for one hour. I paid $3000 for a spring and labor and on top of that they tried to bill me again for the 2nd call due to their error. I DO NOT recommend.

I had them replace a garage door opener. It was the shabbiest work I have ever seen and would not recommend them to anyone, not even my enemy.

Freddy was the technician who came out and he was kind, prompt, and professional. He took great care to make sure all my needs were addressed. The ladies who answer the phone are very sweet and helpful. I would recommend them for sure.

Garage door Spring broke Wednesday night. Called them at 8:10 AM on Thursday and hey arrived by 9 AM, fantastic! Technician Jeff did a quick and professional job. I was very pleased with the work. This is the second time I ve used Absolute and both times they were fast, reasonably priced and did a great job.

Excellent service

Their technician Jeff Goff contacted me within 30 minutes of requesting servuces. He was on my property and repaired my garage door within an hour. Jeff was very informative of all my repair options and their cists associated with each option. I never felt pressured nor did I feel he tried to over sale me on their service. I Highly recommend the company, for their professional service, cost effectiveness and the life time warranty thats given.
