Absolute Peek Tile

I contacted Justin about a bathroom remodel after a receiving a recommendation on his work. He installed tile floors and bath/shower surround. After the contractor & plumber had done their work, Justin showed up for his part of the job and I was immediately impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail. It was obvious that he takes pride in his craftmanship, and did a phenomenal job on the floor and walls. He was thorough, cleaned up the job site each day, and had the job completed on schedule. Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of our needs throughout this project. I couldn't be happier with the bathroom remodel, and Justin's expertise with the tile was an integral part of that satisfaction. Sorry, but mixed feelings here. Nice job done quickly, professional, friendly - but the bill was over twice the verbal estimate (hourly ). Quality work, but way too much $$ for small amount of time put in. ( Shame on me for signing a deceptive one-line contract. )

Overall it was fine. Could be a little bit less messy, but I guess grout is inherently messy.

I had him come to replace cracked grout at the base of my shower where the floor joins the wall. My only complaint was that on the phone he led me to believe he would be regrouting for the price he had given me. Then when he arrived, he said that price was for caulking and that regrouting would be more expensive. Be sure you are comparing apples to apples when comparing his quote to others. That said, he was very conscientious and seemed to do a great job. I chose the less expensive option, and the shower looks great.

He was the only contractor to come and look at the job before giving me a price. He followed up and followed through on everything he said and did.

Good communication, quick response, good attention to detail, and cleanup of site - fairly priced. A++!

Justin Peek is very straightforward and honest. He was accomodating regarding my ideas and requests. He is immaculate on keeping the area clean and laid down plastic floor runners to protect my carpets. He did a great job!

We worked with Justin Peek on our bathroom tile project. He was a delight to work with. Was very collaborative with the homeowners and provided must needed professional experience to the job. Our project was completed (with Justin's help) in a timely manner. He also referred us to great people to work with on all our selections for our new bathroom. He rates 5 stars with us!

Justin was great! Not only was the work done beautifully and on time, he was very professional. Communication was top notch and there were no costs that wer not discussed 1st. I have already passed his information along to a friend.
