They covered all our plants and bushes, were late in arriving but did call to notify us..they came back the next day re: some touch ups I wanted and did not charge me extra. EXTREMELY POLITE..expensive but there process with cholrine kills algae and mold and for 3 yrs, I should not have problems or they will come back.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable, and professional I highly recommend them.

Deal with the company on the phone, their system for generating emails for services and stuff lead me to some confusion. But ultimately it did get done and they were very nice guys.

These guys can do anything regarding cleaning . Roofs, Driveways, sidewalks, gutters and soffits. They also seal driveways and sidewalks. Very professional and friendly folks. I highly recommend them!

This has to be one of my best contractor experience in the past 5 years. My project had a lot of different types of cleaning requirements. I have to say our Awnings were extremely high and mildewed no other contractor was confortable but the amount of expertise and care was amazing and they got them clean. Lance is extremely knowledgeable, responsible, he has attention to details and cares to do the job right, he does an excellent job and during the job asks for feedback or anything I was not happy with. I highly recommend him. And will be using him in the future.

They contacted me immediately and came to work on time. They worked very hard. By observing their work, four of my neighbors hired them. I also hired them back for power washing my lanai.

Every time it rains part of the substance that they applied to roof drips off and kills the plants and vegetation as well as taken the color out of the roof and stains the driveway. Paid 400.00 and this was ½ his normal charge. I just wanted the roof pressure washed and cleaned and service provider stated that they were not there to pressure wash roof, but were there to apply a treatment.
