Javier was great. He explained issues he saw when he inspected my chimney that has leaking issues and also told me about possible fixes to the inside of the chimney to combat smoke coming into the house on windy nights.

I had to coordinate all efforts with Mike at Absolute Precision long distance between New York and California. Mike was so helpful and communicative. We would text, email and call as needed. I sent Mike a few photos of the style of pathway I wanted installed and images of stones to consider using. Mike went out of his way to do the shopping for the stones in New York based on the images I sent him. He sent me images of several stones and from those I made a decision. A couple of days later, Mike contacted me to say he thought he found a better stone that complimented stonework that was already on the property. I trusted Mike's newest stone suggestion and I am so thankful that I did. The stone looks remarkable and really adds to the visual curb appeal of the property. The quality of workmanship exceeds my expectations an the pathway is so much better than what I had envisioned in my mind. Mike is a consummate professional, very friendly, easy to communicate with and I have found him to be truly professional. There was no up-selling; rather Mike took the time to get to know my needs and preferences as a customer and then he and his team worked to provide me with a pathway that I absolutely love. I am so extremely pleased with the quality of work, but more than that I am even more pleased with the quality of customer care that Mike exhibited. This has been an amazing experience and I would gladly hire Mike and Absolute Precision for future work. The project was quoted and completed well within my budget. Great, honest, professional service

We've been using Absolute Precision Chimney for years for both repair and routine maintenance. We find them to be clear, honest and reasonable. ! Today we had Shawn and Havier here for the annual maintenance of our fireplace and boiler flue cleaning. They were clean, efficient and informative. We highly recommend this company!

I would hire Absolute Precision again - they were professional and thorough in their chimney inspection and cleaning services and were able to get to our house earlier than originally scheduled.

Last week, Absolute Precision rebuilt the upper section of my brick chimney, added a formed crown and replaced the flashing. My father had recommended Absolute Precision to me and I'm glad I took his advice. Mike and his team are very professional and skilled. Mike answered all my questions and made sensible recommendations. The masonry work was nicely done. Some roof repair was needed as well. Mike's team took care of that too so I didn't have to coordinate a roofer. And, after they finished, they cleaned up so thoroughly I couldn't tell they had been there. I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely recommend Absolute Precision to others.

I had several estimates for my chimney repair, all with different approaches and ranging from 2K - 20K. Mike came, spent more time evaluating than the others, came up with a plan which he could convince me was appropriate and gave me a very reasonable quote. They came when they said they would. The finished when they said they would. The finished product looks great. I have already recommended him to a neighbor.

Very prompt and did a great job of clearing snow off my roof. A little costly but the again this is the first time I've hired somebody to do it so I may be out of touch on $. They were able to do it the same day and feel it was worth my peace of mind. This is a tough winter. I would recommend them as they were so prompt and professional

These guys were awesome. After trying to get my chimney cleaned from a few other places, I was suggested this company by a friend and I couldn't be happier. They were able to get me in after a cancellation, they guys showed up promptly and were extremely professional. In addition to being very courteous and clean, they explained everything they were doing, made sure I knew what to look for with my chimney and made suggestions for future maintenance. I got a full sense of what was happening with my chimney and what work I should do to keep a healthy chimney. The guys were extremely knowledgeable, breaking down what work has been done to the chimney and what repairs we should consider for the future. Never once did they push anything on me and suggested ways to save a few dollars in the long run. I will absolutely use them again in the future! Don't use anyone else, these guys are worth every penny.

I was given an estimate and then when the work was finished, I was told I really should have additional work done which cost me another $350 and when I paid that I was told I needed more work done that would cost me another $75. I got mad and refused to pay the last $75.
