Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
They never showed up on time (would say they would be there at 10 am, but not arrive until 4 pm and then would stay for a couple of hours and leave). They always had a problem that required them to delay finishing the project. Originally said the job would be done in one day, 4 days later, still was not close to finished. The work completed was subpar. While they worked at my house, they did damage to everything they touched They caused damage to my siding, my window sills, put a hole in my garage wall, and trampled over a bush, breaking off every branch and killing it in the front of my house (and did not tell me about any of it, I found it on my own). One of the jobs was to replace the trim. Took 4 days to get part of two sides of trim on, there was a 1/2 inch gap between the trim and the siding, and a 1/2 inch gap between the trim and the brick. I had to spend more money to fix all the issues they caused while at the job. When I addressed the issues of the work, they did not understand how I could think there were issues. At the end of day 4, I asked them to leave and not return. I could not afford any more damage to my property. About an hour after I asked them to leave, I started getting very nasty texts from them. In one of the texts, they told me that I //behaved like a true **n-word** // In other texts, they insulted me and my children. We have **upped** security at my home. I would never recommend such racist, subpar contractors to anybody!

Jake does av great job. He made multiple trips to our home to correct an issue with a faulty part. Only thing I can complain about is timing and I believe this is due to the amount of work he has lined up. You will get a great job for a good price.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
The contractor pulled off of the job without finishing projects. Ruined two interior doors they were hired to install. I will have to hire another contractor to complete the projects. I will have to buy two new doors to replace the new doors they ruined. While they were working I had a hard time getting them to show up.

"I do not know how you can say that anything is ruined, I told yoHu I was going to bring the doors up an inch and a half. onestly, we had an emergency to deal with. We would be more than happy to come and address any issues you may have. I honestly believe you cannot bash the work that has been done while we were there you had no complaints about what was being done. Sorry that you feel this way about things."
