We paid this company to install impact windows and doors on our entire home. The job was started in February, and we still have not passed inspections. They did not install our 2 sliding glass doors correctly per the inspector. It has been 9 months since the job started, and still no resolution. Absolute no longer responds to my calls and texts. They refused to finish the job I paid them for. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Adam is awesome! He helped us create a beautiful dream kitchen. The crew was very clean and respectful to our allergy issues. On time everyday. This was a big project for us and was completed on time. Highly recommend Absolute Remodeling! You will not be disappointed!

I do not even know where to begin. It was a nightmare. Had flood damage to the main living area and kitchen. New floors new cabinets a total renovation for the kitchen. The salesman/interior designer Adam has no clue what he is doing. Very dishonest and will feed you a liar of garbage. It was supposed to be a six to seven-week project and we were out of our home for six months. Still not completed, but I needed to get this dishonest company out of my house. They installed the wrong color cabinets, two different colors on my choice of backsplash, brand new appliances that are all scratched. This job was only occasionally supervised, the subs that they brought in to do the job, took us blind. I have a large list of missing things. The painters did about an equivalent job as what my 6-year-old grandson would have done. I could go on and on, but I just do not have the energy. My father is battling stage 4 cancer, and I am his primary caregiver. I have been advised to use this company, but with what I am personally dealing with my father and my own health issues I have just not made a decision as of yet. Since the GC is a charming man but so disappointed that he could allow his company to ever receive this kind of review. I will follow up with the outcome. Another delay is that we only began to move back in when COVID 19 started. It seems as though we are not the only review that gave such a horrible review.

I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY The price was $4000 more than any other estimate I received but I choose Absolute based on ratings, prior customer reviews, and salesmanship. The reviews were for kitchens and baths NOT windows and doors. THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE!!! Installation of window and doors took approximately 3 days (Feb 14-17, 2020). The installers were professional, polite and did an adequate installation. My concerns follow: The General Manager/Salesman, Shawn Cafiero is a liar, plain and simple. He is very professional and attentive upfront but after he receives payment, forget about seeing or hearing anything but excuses from him again. 1. He never SUPERVISED the project. 2. He never inspected the windows and doors after they were installed. 2. He failed to address my concerns/complaints regarding the poor installation of my front door. a. The aluminum trim around the front door was not install properly and was not flush with the frame. b. You could see light around the front door frame and through the aluminum seams. 3. The speckling around the bay window and french doors was uneven and did not blend into the surrounding walls. (Trust me, I own 2 rental properties, this was the third set of windows/doors I had installed. I have never had to sand down or build up the drywall to match the surrounding walls after an installation). 4. Several windows were not properly chaulked with silicone on the inside of the house. 5. They cracked the stucco all around the exterior of the french door to the garage and did not repair it. 6. The bran new lock on the new sliding door does not work, the latch slides down and I have to use a stick in the door to keep it closed. I spent the next 4 months texting, calling from different phones and stopping by the office to leave messages for Shawn: THE ONLY REASON I GIVE ABSOLUTE REMODELING 2 1/2 Stars for customer service is because Shannon, the receptionist? arranged to have another installer seal the front door and do the final inspection. They failed inspection the first time. The inspector FOUND: 1. Screws were missing from windows and a door) 2. The pictures provided were not of my house) They passed the second inspection. However they would not replace the lock because **the latch locked** when the installer was there and I should call Absolute again when the latch slides down again. PLEASE KILL ME NOW.

Editing my original review.: One of the six windows was too small and was not properly installed, leaving the building exposed to the elements. Contact with the vendor over 10 weeks time, which resulted in promises to repair but no action. Compared to other window installations in our condo, this was an amateur job.

Adam, the interior designer, helps you create a beautiful space with his keen eye and assistance in picking out material. Eddie, my project manager, has done his best to get the work completed on time. Despite a slight delay in the paperwork, the job will be completed about a week after the original completion date a very acceptable time frame. They even offer a cleaning service for when the job is completed. My condo building, having seen the quality of the work that Absolute Remodeling has done has asked for business cards because their work was so precise and done correctly. When it s time to finish the second half of my guest bathroom, I will definitely hire Absolute Remodeling again.

We were so excited to sign a contract and give a 50% deposit for renovations in our home. Little did we know the nightmare ahead. Over the course of the following 182 days (6+ months), we experienced a roller-coaster ride of emotions confusion, disappointment, extreme stress, misinformation, excuses and more excuses, frustration, and lack of customer respect. We perfected our skill set at project managing our own renovations while paying to have this service provided! What a memorable journey. A project originally slated for completion in 6-8 weeks. Thankfully, was finally completed 24 weeks later. Another company is the best sight we had known 6 months ago what we know today. We would NEVER, EVER have engaged with this company. Beware.

The crews were great clean professional and on time. Everything from start was handled. Highly recommend them

I am a 72-year-old widow. I signed a contract July 31, 2019 with Absolute Remodeling, I gave the Company an $ 18,000 down payment. I have since made numerous calls to the company to find out when will the work start. The answer I get is that City did not approve the permits, then I am told the city is asking for additional information and to be patient. Today is Sept 10th, 2020 and the project is still not completed. I am very disgusted. I feel I am being used because I am a senior and I am alone... I trusted the company.

Did a great remodel. Love my new kitchen. Master bathroom is awesome. Contractor was great to work with. He recommended many ideas that we would never have thought of. From salesman to workers everyone was efficient, did great work, and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would recommend to anyone and use them myself in the future.

Did great work but the job could have been done sooner if they had stayed with it.

The quality of the work along with the design made this a very easy project. I have worked with other remodeling contractors in the past. This was the best experience I have had so far!

Fantastic, well organized general contractor, and got the job done before his timeline!

Always did a good job, clean and neat, and trustworthy!
