Mr. Hanson was very tolerate, our Underwriter requested a few changes to the appraisal, unfortunately not all at the same time, so Mr. Hanson had to make at least 2 trips back to the subject property and he was very accommodating. ARA is very professional and his staff is wonderful to work with.
