"When looking at our numerous reviews it is not hard to see that we truly are a company that stands behind its product and does everything to please their customers. This specific customer has been proven to be deceptive, fabricate stories and try to take advantage of hard workers and a good company. Fun fact, our installers on day one mentioned to us that the homeowners tried to convince them to do the roof installation and cut us out, like they would actually just stop working on books and pick up working for them. We actually called them out on it and the back pedaling was unbelievable. Normally this would be hard to believe but when our"
"I'm sorry to hear that you feel as if you had a bad experience dealing with a representative of our company, also, I'm sorry that you have a different outlook on the situation then what was meant to be portrayed. Absolute stands behind the motto that "the customer is always right", but in the situation of non-payment or non-responsive delayed payment upon completion, unfortunately, it becomes a completely different situation. Absolute, as well as almost any other company, will definitely "threaten" a lawsuit for nonpayment, which can be seen as "intimidating" and for this, we will not apologize. Your job was completed to the highest standards with no flaws or complaints, not to mention we removed additional necessary billable work we completed from your final billing statement as a courtesy to resolve the dispute in order to receive the 100% project funding from the Lender which seemed as if you were holding at ransom. Yet fast forward to today, almost 1 year later, and we find that you have the audacity to leave a review, which by the way was still a 4 out of 5 stars, but that portrayed the owner as threatening and intimidating. As a college professor, it seems that you chose and structured your words strategically to deceive potential customers by making it look like the owner was possibly physically threatening and intimidating you and your live-in girlfriend, or in your words, your wife. When a customer refuses to pay an amount owed with no justification or complaints of the actual work done and is then threatened with a lawsuit for collection, pays out of fear of being sued and found guilty, they do not usually come out of a hole a year later to slander and misrepresent events. Although eventually, this review will be buried continuously by future 5.0 ratings and would be nothing more than a visible 4.0 rating that we can live with, we still felt the need to expose this review for what it is, absolute nonsense (no pun intended). Thank you, however, for the 4 out of 5-star business rating and wish you success in all of your future endeavors."
