These guys were great, and I would hire them again. I guess all plumbing has gotten more expensive these days, but - whew! They did a beautiful job, though.

He showed up instantly and seems ethical, but you are not around to see it will not do a good job, left a clean out pipe sticking out in my front yard without putting a cover box on it! You cannot do that in a front yard! Most plumber would leave it ground level and place a box, and he promises to show up and never fixes it. Quick to take payments, and then an absolute no show! Unprofessional.

Kitchen drain was plugged in a manufactured home. Absolute Rooter and Plumbing Services ran a plumbing camera snake through a cleanout into the kitchen sewer line. The camera picture, that I saw, was blurry. They did not inspect under the home but estimated approx. $2000 to make repairs to the sewer line there to correct the problem. They charged $225 for the service call. Subsequently, another plumber unclogged the line with a common plumbers snake (no camera) for under $90.

Lavon and his assistant arrived on time with a heads up call prior. they assessed the problem and performed a descaling procedure with outside pipes leading from kitchen. within the hour pipes were unclogged and water was running and draining properly

Not the best experience but work got done. The quote in the morning at $170 turned out to be $680 for milling and camera but needed it done and did not feel like going through haggle--guess that is on me. 2 hours past time scheduled. No formal report on what the camera showed or what specifically cleaned up as with some previous companies. Tech was nice enough but could tell he was looking to end the long day. I was suppose to get a quote on rework for clean out that was done by another pro from Angi's last year. Looks like I am 0-2.

Fast response to my request for a quote. I donâ t know if there are cheaper vendors but I needed an immediate water heater replacement. Price when amortized over 6 years seemed reasonable. Very professional team worked on the replacement and upgrades of valves and expansion tank.

Work was done in a timely manner by 2 strong gentlemen. I was disappointed that I did not get information on my water heater. I called the office and they said they would send a pamphlet out but they did not. I was told to read the information on the tank itself.

Kareem and Peter worked fast and respectful. Warned me up front my vlog could be another issue that could cost more... was waiting for the additional cost, but they fixed it within minutes and paid. Will recommend to friends.

I have a project where I am updating my electrical panel to a 200 Amp Panel. In the process PG&E had to move my gas meter so I could meet their code. I had a previous plumber connect my house to the gas meter and it was not done to PG&E code. I went out for bids to have this corrected and Absolute Rotter arrived and they knew exactly how to get my system to comply. It was late in the evening and they started right away. After finding several pipes and valves that were leaking my system passed County and PG&E inspections. These guys communicate very well and show up on time or let you know if they are running late. Very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs I have.

I manage a small apartment building. Had an old kitchen faucet fail and when I went to replace it the water lines crumbled. I called my usual plumber only to discover he'd sold his business, so I started calling new people and crossed my fingers... After dealing with the expected parade of no-shows and grifters (one wanted $5k and a demolition crew to run two copper lines from the crawl space) I talked to Kareem. He was at my building in an hour, and 30 minutes later I was all set. Good work, good price, no surprises. He even explained why I didn't need some other plumbing work that I was considering, so money saved there too. Will absolutely call for my next job.

The plumber immediately told me he would arrive within the hour and he did. He surveyed the job, did not give an appearance of pressuring for extensive work, and quickly gave me price estimates for different options for completing the job that were well within reason. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the help.

Kareem is very good and his customer service is amazing, he was very accommodating and flexible with scheduling. He did a quality job and did quote me pricing. I felt it was a little pricey for the work done but never-the-less, he did a great job overall.

Absolute was there when I needed them, unlike others where I had to wait two days for a service call. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. However, the cost seemed astronomical but was probably in line with other plumbing companies as plumbers, like lawyers, charge way too much, in my opinion. Like I said, Absolute was there when I needed them and fixed the problem (at least for the time being) so I am thankful to Absolute for that.

He was very flexable with his schedule. Could not clear the clog. Suggested hydrojet - expensive, or new cleanout - insanely expensive. I am sick of how much plumbers charge these days. I found someone with lots of experience to do the job at 40% of Absolute quote.

It went pretty well. He went out to get the part which was now over all good experience.
