They mended my siding including Use of a high ladder. It ended up being a simple repair - for them - but I thought I got value for money as I would never have been able to do it myself. Nice friendly people too.

This is a great family-based business. The team worked closely with us and we were able to easily coordinate work between them and another contractor that is doing the "inside" work for a bathroom remodel. We had significant water and dry rot damage on an exterior wall due to leaky shower tile grout in an upstairs bathroom. They did a great job of replacing and repairing wall studs, sub-floor, sheathing, insulation, and siding. We couldn't be happier with the work. Very honest up front about the fact that the estimate would change as demolition took place and more damage was exposed. Overall a fantastic experience working with these guys!

This was a major recovery of four exposed glue lam beams (46 years), removing rotten damaged wood, sealing, replacing damage wood, capping (sheet metal) the reconstructed beams.

ARR was the only contractor who was able to understand the problem and propose a practical solution. They went to work the day after I accepted their estimate and completed the job timely. Time was of the essence to complete our flooring job so we were happy that they were willing to do whatever it took to solve our flooring issues.

I was having vinyl flooring installed on March 14, 2017 in a bathroom when water damage was discovered in the subfloor. I received a response from Ilya N. that day and he came out that evening to do an estimate. I received an estimate late that night and the following day Ilya N. called me to schedule the repair. Ilya D. and Joey came out that day at 11:30 and began working. Arthur and Oleg arrived periodically to assist and the group worked until after 7:00 pm. They went into the plumbing from the closet, repaired the plumbing to stop further damage and replaced the damaged subfloor. The closet had permanent shelves which had to be removed. They repaired the wall in the closet from the holes they made to access the plumbing. The following day Arthur and Ilya D. arrived to paint and texture the closet and replace the shelving. They arrived at 9:00 and were done before lunch. My closet looks like nothing happened at all! This Monday I was able to have the flooring contractor come back out and put in the new floor. Everything looks great and you would never know the mess that had to be taken care of. This crew was very young, but their work ethic is unmatched! AND, I paid EXACTLY what I was quoted. Very pleased.

Installation of a new vinyl floor in a 5' x 9' bathroom was stopped because the installer discovered wood rot in the substrate after removing the damaged vinyl floor and particle board sub-floor. We wanted this to be repaired as soon as possible so that the new particle board and vinyl installation could be completed and the toilet reinstalled. I contacted several flooring, construction, and specialty companies for this purpose. The other companies either did not respond, expressed little interest, or could not even send an estimator for several weeks. I submitted an inquiry to Absolute Rot Repair on Sunday and Oleg, the owner of Absolute Rot Repair, came out on Monday and provided an estimate the same day. I sent him an email with questions on Tuesday and he responded to them the same day. I accepted his estimate, with additional questions, on Wednesday and he responded the same day. His crew was able to do the work on Thursday and wrap things up on Friday. Arthur and Ilya performed this repair in a thorough, efficient, and professional fashion. I usually prefer to compare prices and services from several companies to evaluate value for the money. I was unable to do so in this case due to the particular circumstances. However, given the customer service and work quality provided by Absolute Rot Repair, with rapid resolution of the vinyl floor hang-up, the value for money to me for this job rates 5-star. Absolute Rot Repair has exceeded my expectations in all respects and I can recommend them, without hesitation, for this type of work.
