Home Advisor: Don't be afraid to post this review. This company shouldn't be in business. No work ethic. Rick showed up on time to give me an estimate for the work I needed,. We agreed on a price and a two-week out date for work to commence, due to scheduling issues. On a Friday 4 weeks later I called and asked when they would begin and was told the following Monday. On Monday, no show, no call. l have found someone else.

They were quick and efficient. I got what they quoted. The only complaint I have is that they took a little bit longer to get back to me than I would have expected. But ultimately the job got done and it was on time.

The men came got to work.The tree want hit house or the cars in alley for years.The power and cable lines wore not a problem.They did job in a fare time frame.

The guys who cut the trees were great and did a fast job. The owner whom I spoke with on the phone never got back to mw about doing the job and setting a time and date to do it, but the guys just showed up one day and did it for less than the original quote from the owner.All in all I was very satisfied.

I have hired Absolute Tree Care Service twice now. The first time was to tame an overgrown tree between my house and my neighbor. The first job included heavy wood removal, the second completed on 11/1/2018, was a trim of the new growth up to the canopy which they were able to work into their busy schedule a week ahead of the appointment day! Their work is always very professional and skilled, with the cleanup being better than I would do myself at a lower price than most other landscape services. Keep in mind they are very busy working while they are doing estimates and trying to juggle their website inquiries with their phone contacts, so be patient (unless it's an emergency) with their return contact or email answer and scheduling of work they're worth the wait if one has to!

Hired but have not done the job yet. Could be because of all the smoke in the air. Wish it was done. So above does not qualify. Estimate was approved but not done.

Business called on a Sunday saying he would be out for an estimate later in the day or Monday. I stayed home all day Monday, and called to see if he was coming only to get a message machine and no response. Really need the trees down. Would not recommend them unless you are guaranteed.

Communication could be a little better but I am satisfied with the work that was done. I would recommend this tree care service.

The two men showed up on time and trimmed my 3 big apple trees. They did a good job, and removed all the debris very well. I'll probably need this done again in 3 - 4 years and will definitely use this service again.

This was a group of 4 guys that were hard workers and took only an hour to trim two of my trees and cleaned up afterwards like true pros. i thought they did a great job and i will definitely have them back to trim my hedges next!

I switched to a complete removal of a couple of large trees on my property line. There was no damage to any part of the building and fence in proximity to the trees. There was a prompt response to my initial inquiry, and the job was completed quickly. The crew was friendly and professional.

We plan to hire them again
