Absolute Tree Service And Land Clearing

Hired Charles to remove trees and grind stumps, I knew that he did not have his own grinder so he would return in no more than 2 weeks to grind, paid him only partial but more than half of what we agreed to, he removed a shrub that WAS NOT TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED!! we agreed that he would replace that shrub and put it in the ground, never heard back after 2 weeks, contacted him and he would return by the end of that week, texted him on Friday to see when he would be arriving, said the grinder was not ready. I indicated my disappointment then he said he had been sick, another 2 weeks went by without any communication from him, I hired another Pro to complete the project, Charles then texted me the same day I had hired the other Pro and said he had not forgotten about me, told him he could still replace my tree, doubt I will hear back from him again

Overall, It was amazing to see the actual video of the trees falling. I really thought the company did an outstanding job.

Trees climbers are unique. You have to be patient, let them do things as they see fit, They are climbing trees with a running chain saw.

Did a great job excactly what I wanted done would highly recommend very polite

I would not recommend Charles to anyone due to the fact he started a job and did not finish and left my yard a mess.

Charles did a great job clearing some trees. He worked within my budget which was my priority. I would recommend him. I like to give new businesses a try and was glad I did.

I must say i was in a financial situation when a tree fell into another almost causing my house to be hit, so i was very skeptical on the price Mr. Charles would give me, after i explained to him how COVID-19 has really had a toll on me HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. To give me the cheapest rate (he was my 3rd quote, way under the other older companies in shelby county) so i gave him the job. He came out the next day and had the trees gone very quickly. Would definitley use Absolute tree service again
