Robert the owner was courteous, professional, explained in details what the problem was with my AC and since unit on roof he took photos of work done. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I'd recommend Absolute Zero Refrigeration to anyone.

My wife and I have lived at our house for many years. We've had to use more than 1 A/C company over that time. Absolute Zero Refrigeration LLC is one of the best companies that have been out to our house. The owner, Robert, came out himself to make sure everything was right and that we were happy. The work quality left nothing to be desired, it was great. I considered his prices very reasonable for the extent of the work he had to do. My wife and I will have no worries about using this company again for any and all of our A/C needs.

Robert is knowledgeable and courteous. I explained everything in complete details. He does quality work, does what he says he is going to do, and puts the time in to make sure everything is done properly. He replaced 2 A/C units for me and oversaw the entire install. Robert the owner was on the job sight at all times. He kept me informed on what he was doing and why. He took lots of before and after pictures as the work progressed. I would recommend them to anyone that need A/C service and or Duct work.

My A/C went out late Friday afternoon. Robert showed up an hour after I called. He found the problem. He walked me through my options and explained everything to me. I decided to replace my unit with the problems at hand from being so old. We agreed to the following Monday. His crew showed up at the time we agreed upon.
