First off they were very nice. After work was done they still have not returned my plot survey, we have a number of things that need attention. They say they are coming back to fix stuff but keep cancelling appointments they make. They plants they transplanted from my front yard to the back yard all died ( 1 Oak Tree, and 6 other bushes). they have replaced the bushes but said they will not replace the Oak Tree. They crushed my french drain and have not fixed it we have a leak that they said the last time they came out (After cancelling 11 times on us) that they didn't have time for that right now. I have never gotten a copy of the contract.

The yard looks so good. I was amazed to see how much work was completed in one day.

I was told that any changes to the project would be done on a change order basis and all parties would sign off; however, this never happened. Instead, items were removed from the original quote. The project manager didn't relay changes of the project to the accounting department resulting in inaccurate invoices. PM cancelled the final walk through no less than 6 times. Waited for water leak to be fixed for 6 weeks. The resulted in 30' wet spot in the yard. We were finally told to hire our own plumber to fix the leak. Pleased with the project but less than pleased with the project management and accounting practices.

great job with planning of project, the plantings looked great when first installed. having a bit of trouble with follow-up on plant maintance, perhaps it's the weather keeping them busy.

They are very hard working. The project is not complete, but the weather is not cooperating.

Josh came at the appointed time, completed the survey of our situation promptly, made a few recommendations so we knew what to expect, provided a clear detailed quote, and then saw to it the work was completed as designed. My experience dealing with Clean Cut Landscaping has been a very positive one. I will undoubtedly use them in the future. My backyard went from being plain with a pool to a tropical resort. I can't wait to venture into new projects with them. They are very fair and competitive to their competition.

THE JOB WAS PAID IN FULL. HOWEVER I CONTACTED SEAN ABOUT THE DRAINAGE PROBELM WHEN IT RAINNED AND THAT ALL THE NEW SAND/FILLER WAS BEING WASHED AWAY AND THAT I THOUGHT MAYBE A SMALL TRENCH...OR SOMETHING NEEDED TO STOP THIS PROBLEM..HE SAID HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND THAT HE'D FIX IT. I HAVE YET TO SEE OR HEAR FROM HIM....THERE WAS A DRAINAGE PROBLEM IN THE BACKYARD WHERE IT WAS RE-LANDSCAPED TOO. STILL WAITING FOR THAT TO GET RESOLVED.

They were great. Doug has been great in getting our job done the way we wanted it and very responsive anytime we had a question or situation needing attention. They did a beautiful job on our landscaping and do our back yard maintaining weekly. Could not be happier. Doug is great!!

Josh was very thorough in is design plan and his estimate. We also had landscape lighting installed and were pleased with the outcome of both the landscaping and lighting. His crew were worked very hard and cleaned up the yard after each day's work was complete

This company is really good. They designed and installed the landscaping in our backyard. It is beautiful! They also take care of our weekly yard service. We've used them for about 10 months and I can't say enough good things about the weekly crew. Always professional and dependable. Josh, the owner, designed our backyard. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his business!

I was very happy with Josh's work initially. On the day he told me it would be completed it was late in the afternoon and they were almost done so I went ahead and paid him the balance. Well, the job didn't get done. In fact, it didn't get done until a week later but in the mean time my checks were cashed. I called Josh several times. Each time he told me not to worry, however, I was extremely concerned and upset. When I initially interviewed him for the job, one of the questions I had was would the job be done from start to finish without any time gaps and delays between. Josh assured me this would not be a problem. I am disappointed!

They designed and executed a very nice arrangement of beds to improve the look of my front yard.I ended up having them continue our professional relationship by having them perform my regular lawn care. Am thus far very please. Thanks!

Unlike two of the companies (Theiss and Outdoor) Clean Cut (Josh) set up an appointment with me and made a genuine effort to understand and deliver what we wanted. It's true that our landscaping needs were somewhat complicated, since we wanted to restore and improve an exisiting landscape. Theiss and Outdoor called and tried to feel me out to see if it was worth their time to come by (neither came by). Four Seasons (James) came by, and he told us he would submit a proposal within 2-3 days, but then he broke off contact. Ultimately, Clean Cut provided the service we needed for $5800, the landscape looks great.

Dealing with Josh Milne was a wonderful experience. He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and did the work in a very timely,courteous manner. I would definitely recommend him.
