There were several issues with Chris. 1-I always ended up paying more than what he quoted. 2-Not very professional; Chris had child care problems that prevented him being punctual and there were days when he could not show up for work because he no sitter for his children. More than once he brought his children to the job site. I also had to continually asked for an invoice for my records. I didn?t get a complete invoice from him in the end. 3-He was very messy, leaving my kitchen dirty and with all his tool?s everywhere on counter and flood. He told me he?d clean up at end of each day so I could use the kitchen. Not do, I ended up having to live with family because my living room,dinning room, and kitchen were unlivable due to a white powdered mess all over my furniture, mantle,floors, windowsills, blinds etc. He said he would pay $250.00 to have a ?deep cleaning? done. So I hired my own because his person was his helper and he he did shoddy paint work- there?s no more space

Chris responded to my call for an estimate quickly and performed the job the same week, coming with all supplies he needed. Although the job turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally thought, he took the time to make it just the way I wanted it. He is on my go-to list for future needs. He's courteous too!
