"Mr. Wendemu, We are sorry you feel this way about the service provided to your water heater. Upon leaving your home, it was in working condition. Unfortunately, there was evidence showing that it had been previously tampered with which in turn may have affected any further maintenance needed. It was not due to our negligence or, as you put it, "need to get to another job." We spent over 6 hours on your job trying to trace down the rubber gasket that was hindering water flow.
