The communication was excellent and their technician did a tremendous job in spite of a torrential downpour just after he got started. He completed the assembly off-site and installed the valve in a rainstorm. I appreciate their follow up and would highly recommend their services

He successfully replaced a leaking valve - but did not address the fact that this downstream valve remains under pressure when the main valve (feeding the downstream valves) should be closed.

As a small business operator he has to rent equipment that is not used on a regular basis. The project is not complete but I feel he will get the job done eventually.
