Academy Electric is an electrical contractor based in Madison, Wisconsin. Conceived in 1962 by Earl and Marian Mylrea, Academy Electric has invested over 40 years in the pursuit of the ultimate in customer service and satisfaction. With commercial and residential departments comprised of four project managers, twenty-two electrical technicians, an efficient warehouse and an office staff that never seems to stop; Academy Electric has established itself as a premier Electrical service and construction contractor in southern Wisconsin. Our residential department works with several top builders and remodelers in Madison, specializing in remodeling as well as fire and water electrical restoration.Our commercial department has been active in nearly all fast track construction and remodeling of southern Wisconsin's Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Arby's, and McDonalds restaurants. We also have an "early warning system" division that services all of the Dane County's emergency siren systems. Both residential and commercial divisions combined have a total of fourteen fully stocked, service vehicles on call 24 hours a day and our customer service is second to none.
