We are very pleased with him and his work. My children use him also and we have had work done by him for a long time now and will continue using him.

I couldn t have asked for a more perfect company. Mr. Jung of Accel Plumbin was the most customer-service oriented service person I have ever encountered. I had been trying to get a plumber for over two weeks to no avail. I had spoken to 6 plumbing companies and had 2 visit me on the day, Wednesday, Mr Jung came. Interestingly, the two plumbers that came, one of which over the phone, refused to give me his hourly rate, or project rate over the phone; he had to come by first to see the job. Once seeing the job, the price he quoted me was what I believed to be absolutely outrageous, with each of us wasting one another s time as I sent him on his way. Oh, by the way, the job was to install a garbage disposer that I had purchased. Since a little water had settled in the sink, the other plumbers stated that the line needed to be snaked; one did not do snaking so I needed to call Rotor Rootor or a similar company. Other comments made were your disposer is no good, we charge you for using our snake, we charge you for travel to buy a disposer for your use, the next available appointment is August 2. Mind you today is July 24th. Meanwhile, Mr. Jung called, and since he had just finished a job in my area, he came over to look at the job and offered options. His assessment of the situation was not as dire as noted by the other plumbers. He used the garbage disposer I had purchased and completed the job in less than an hour. The charge was very reasonable and at this moment everything is working perfectly. I am very pleased and would certainly recommend Mr. Jung to others and I would certainly use him again. I am a very, very satisfied customer.

They worked very hard to find the solution to my leaking kitchen sink. They spent almost 1.5 hours looking for a solution. GREAT!!
