Had to call three times for them to remove the branches they trimmed. The, inaccurately, told me the City would pick them up. I had to call and find out the answer, then repeatedly call APM to tell them it was their responsibility.

Communicated promptly with updates to schedule. Professional demeanor and courtesy workers. Am well pleased with work performed and will certainly consider them in the future if I have a need.

Don't look anywhere else....hire this crew!! Absolutely the best! Not only did they do a superb job; they were friendly and communicative. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option.

Regardless delays due the rain and soft ground the work was completed as per contract.

My crew of four were fantastic. Hard working, very respectable and involved me in the removal process. I was asked several times if there was anything else they could do and that I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend this company to anyone and when needed will definitely call them again.

Very good crew and professional service

I am completely happy with the service I received. My first tree was an emergency and they came right away and cut up the part of the tree that had gone across my neighbors driveway to clear it even in the rain and removed it . They returned soon after and took down the rest of the tree and cut up some logs and stacked them for me to keep and removed the rest with the brush. The property was cleaned up very nice. A few days later they came and removed another tree that was huge and I was fascinated on how they were skilled in its take down. That has been cleared out and again the property was cleaned up very nicely. I am scheduled for another removal in a few days and I am very confident that this will be as good of an experience. I dealt with three gentlemen and each of them have been very nice to work with, so professional, courteous and reliable. Vermont is very lucky that they have branched out to here. I will definitely call on them again when needed.

I had several huge oak limbs hanging over my roof threatening major destruction if one fell. Since I don't live in Asheville, I was nervous about working with someone long-distant, but Sean and his team were great! He communicated with me every step of the way, even sending photos and video. Everything was done promptly and professionally. I couldn't be more pleased with the result!
