Very prompt response, Ron came after normal working hrs (~6:30 pm) to assess fridge issue. We had sent him model and serial info in advance, as requested, so he came well prepared. Quickly identified issue as a covered warranty repair (compressor) and recommended we contact manuf (GE) for covered repair costs, saving us lots of money. Minimal charge for service call, much less than others charge. Highly recommend and will be my 1st call for any future appliance issues.
