Our experience with Accent Awnings was exceptional from start to finish. Their dedication to providing the ultimate customer service and top quality product is impressive, and we'd highly recommend using them for your awning needs. Our sales representative was Jason from the San Diego office and he came out and explained the product and the process. They are known for using the highest quality materials available, and the result is an outstanding awning that will stand the test of time. Their warranty supports their faith in their craftsmanship, as well.... it's generous and the aftercare is equally impressive ~ they genuinely want you to be thrilled with your awning. The Sunbrella fabric we ordered is beautiful and matches our house perfectly ~ it looks fabulous. As Sunbrella has had some supply chain issues currently, Adam in the Santa Ana office updated us with revised timelines and worked magic to get it delivered sooner than we had anticipated, given Sunbrella's challenges at the moment. The installation team of Juan, Hugo, and Andrew were outstanding, as well. They called to let me know they could arrive before my appointment time (yes, please!), and took their time making sure everything was was perfect before they left. We just can't say enough good things about Accent Awnings. They're well worth the investment. It's like we've added a whole new room to our house now ~ our patio is now a shaded, tropical oasis to relax in. Thank you so much Accent Awnings!

Installers seemed knowledgeable and efficient. Sales person was very informative and not at all aggressive or pushy. It was in all, an easy purchase and install. The fabric is very nice and seems stronger than the last time we recovered the frame.

I got quotes from several companies, but Accent Awnings were the most professional. Their prices were competitive and in some cases even less. Out of two companies I considered, one of their competitors said of the two, go with Accent Awnings, as they have an excellent reputation, have been around a long time, and will do a good job for you. I wound up deciding to have my awning removed because of the expense of replacing them. i paid Accent Awnings a fair price for them to remove the awning and metal framing and haul it away. Preferred to pay professionals to do this instead of a handyman, as I didn't want any damage done to my house. Accent Awnings was great..They came when scheduled and did a wonderful job. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

I obtained quotes from three companies. Their prices were similar but Accent Awnings presentation was the most professional. I rate it a "4" in value for the money because the overall prices for a project like mine seem out of proportion with the job.
