Accent Comfort Services

I have a service contract with Accent Comfort Services. My AC went out completely on one of my properties. I called Accent Comfort Services on a Friday at 1:45 pm and they did not answer. I left a message and got no response. Tried to call back again and got an AI bot ... after about 10 minutes was finally able to speak to a human and they told me they would have somebody call me back. Heard nothing at all, so I called again two days later on Sunday morning. Spoke to the same person who again said they would call me back. Heard nothing again!! Called again on Monday morning and finally spoke to somebody who informed me that they no longer do work in our area!!! Well... why didn't they just say that to begin with so I could have called somebody else 3 DAYS AGO and not roasted all weekend! Also - they refused to give me any credit on my service agreement even though I still have 4 months left to the agreement! This company is TERRIBLE!

Gunai is the worst customer rep I have ever encountered. Got the appointment via the warranty company. Absolutely worst customer service possible. My appointment was for a water heater made two days in advance and in the middle of an extremely cold week. Right in the middle of my appointment slot, I get a call from the company that I have an appointment for the following Monday, with no reference to the fact that I was supposed to have a technician at my place at that particular moment. When questioned regarding the existing appointment, the customer service representative Gunai said **Well things happen**. No apology whatsoever. And when I insisted that I need her name and my new appointment slot for the following Monday she BANGED THE PHONE ON ME and said ** you can call the warranty company**. After multiple calls back to the office based on the call-in number I was able to get her name, the owners contact, and my appointment confirmation for Monday. I am yet to contact the owners as they are out!! I will update accordingly

Air Conditioner Repair...this company and the repair guy they sent we awesome. Very professional, identified the issue quickly, worked to ensure they fix what was wrong while trying to keep the repair costs as low as possible to get the issue corrected. I was beyond impressed and will be using them again as well as recommending them to anyone that needs heating and air conditioner help.

They did a great job.
