Very nice to work with. Work turned out great.

Like most repair services you have to call the main telephone number and they relay the info to the repair man. My needs did nit all get communicated. But they followed up quickly and were reasonably priced.

Arrived promptly, did all worked expected and then some. Cleaned pool items that were dusty and dirty without being asked. All in all an excellent job!

Everyone was super. They called promptly, gave me a great price, did a professional job and did it a month faster than any other company. In addition, they stayed in touch with me all the way. I would certainly use them over any company. I've had my pool for 20 years and can't say enough great things.

They were very prompt, delivered everything they told me would take place, true to their word.

I received a total of 3 quotes before I started my pool restoration and Accent Pools provided me with quote that was exactly what was required to complete the in ground restoration. Accent suggested filling in the deep end from 9' to 5' and reduce the water & chemical consumption. The other quotes were the same for restoring the pool as it existed and would not have enough amount of supplies to complete the total restoration and I would have had to endure the additional cost. Accent pools priced it right from the beginning. They did an excellent Job of restoring our pool to brand new look!

Great job! Nice liner, good workmanship, always on time with appointments. They actually gave me a warranty registration sheet listing the manufacturer, liner style, and serial number, which my original pool company who installed the pool never provided.

This is the place to call first.. John and his crew did a fantastic job fixing my in ground pool and installing a new vinyl liner. The price was right and the work is top notch. This was a tough job as they had to fix the substandard work of another pool liner replacement "specialist". I can't say enough positive things about Accent Pools...I'd give them more stars if I could.

John Howard is a great guy and his team closed my pool quickly and efficiently. He's very busy so if you call, you might get his voicemail. Just leave a message and he'll get back to you promptly. His service is outstanding and his prices are very good.

There was obviously a hole in the liner of our above ground pool and we had no idea where to start. When I called Accent Pools he was very informative and we discussed the possibility of a new liner. It is winter so when conditions were better he came to our home found the hole and patched it. When I questioned the need for a new liner he was honest and did not think it was necessary. If we do need a new liner I will be calling Accent to put in. Honesty and respect for others goes a long way.

John Howard kept in touch with us throughout the project. He agreed to all of our changes to the original proposal, and he worked together with our landscape designer.
