Carol. Is fantastic!!! Very knowledgeable, creative and incredibly responsive. She made sure the house looked ready to sell ... and it did!!!! Her advice and ideas were all great and proved to be right for the buyers. Could not have done it without her!!!
We had a great experience working with Carol! We needed staging urgently to get our home on the market to either sell/rent, and she was able to come by promptly, use our key box, and set up the place without us being there since weâ d already moved. The pictures turned out very well, and we were able to eventually find a great renter which was our preferred option.

Working with Carol was very easy and there was no non-sense and very quick to stage. I could tell immediately that Carol cares very much about her service and business. She staged a 3100 sq ft. home in a matter of days and she even offered a discount if I paid her in advance. Because the house was listed in December, I was worried about how long it would take to sell. I believe we wound up being listed for well over 6 months and Carol never tacked on extra charges which shows she is very sensitive to seller needs. Lastly, when I received a short closing notice, Carol arranged for the movers to show up before final walk through. I will likely use Carol again and refer her to others.
I've worked w/ Carol selling multiple condos and I'd do so again in a heartbeat! She's off the charts on both customer service and value for money. We tried digital staging and it didn't work, but once Carol loaded in real furniture we started getting offers immediately. We had a couple hiccups, including having an offer fall-through, and Carol completely took care of us. The ultimate proof of Carol's professionalism came months after our sale closed. When we did our taxes it appeared that we had paid an invoice twice, and neither we nor Carol noticed at the time. When we contacted Carol to check, she immediately figured out what had happened (she had another client w/ the same name and last initial!), and instantly refunded our payment. It would have been easy for her to say, sorry, it was your fault and it's too late now, but she's far to honest and ethical to do that! I whole heartedly recommend working w/ Carol!
Best home stager!!! The houses I have listed have sold quicker when they were staged. Carol is great to work with. The process was so fast and easy. When we sold the house the furniture was picked up the day of closing. I am so happy I chose Carol to stage my houses. Thank you!!
Carol was amazing!! Sheâ s on it!! When I say sheâ s on it, I mean on customer service overall is 100! Nowadays customer service lacks with many, but Carol answered every call, every text not missing a beat on the staging of my investment property!
This was quick and easy. Carol answered my inquiry immediately and bid the project very competitively. We hired her and the property was sold in a week! I canâ t say enough about her service. My client and I were very pleased.
I will start with the positive. Carol understands what a home should look like to sell quickly. She staged our home in good taste, this is the only reason I am giving her 2 stars. Unfortunately, her word; verbal or in writing, does not mean much. I would never do business with her again. She offered us the following: Scope of services : - Rental of all furniture , furnishings , art , accessories - Deliver/install and Dismantle / Pick up . Services performed by insured stager Scope of design: Reference photos - Living Room - Dining Room - Family Room - Kitchen - Master Bedroom - Two bathrooms Time Frame : 6 months Total Cost : *$3,600.00 - (Discounted from $4,000.00 ) If rental exceeds 6 months , you will be billed $125.00 per month . Terms : 50% Deposit / Balance due at delivery . Summary of our conversation : I am glad to reimburse you / credit youi $600.00 if I receive my furniture in 90 days . I request a 7 day window to move out my furniture . We sold our home quickly and closed on it within 45 days. She was told by my realtor (who recommended her) 5 days prior that we might close within 5 days or 8 days. She told him either is fine and she will have the furniture out before closing. Once we closed I contacted her to get the $600 credit. She told me I was not getting the credit because I did not give her the 10 day notification required in order to receive the credit. I was perplexed since I do not remember such a conversation. I looked into the contract (I copied and pasted above), and no such thing was ever requested of me. We were supposed to have the furniture returned under 90 days, we only had it for 45 days. That was the only requirement for the credit. The realtor contacted her as well since he also did not understand why she was refusing to stand by her contract. She never made it right and it became quickly apparent that she never meant to give us the credit. She offered it to get our business but then decided to use a random excuse to bow out of the arrangement (typical bait and switch). Fortunately for me I have a wonderful realtor who made it right by us. Beware of Carol and her business. If you decide to do business with her keep in mind she may not abide by her contract (written or verbal). Pay only with Visa or Paypal so you have recourse. Better yet, use someone ethical!
The above review is not accurate and falsely accuses me of breach of contract, which is not the case. What happened is simple: Our original written agreement clearly stated: Five day notice for pick up. Then, we amended the agreement, where I would give a $600 credit if the 5 day window was extended to 7 days: Summary of our conversation: I am glad to reimburse you/credit or $600.000 if I receive my furniture in 90 days. I request a 7 day window to move out my furniture. The homeowner did not honor our contract to provide me with a 5 day notice of pickup, let alone a 7 day window, and so was not due the $600 credit.
