Accent Stone

Cut into the wall and left a mess. Never showed up when they said. Some of the workers seemed competent. Some seemed like they were first day on the job and had maybe been plucked off the street to work and had no clue. I could have lived with this had the install been as beautiful as the stone itself. 1/2" gap between granite and my wall by the stove. 5/8" gap between granite and the wall on other end. Horrible wide, rough, dull seam. All I can say is his prices were reasonable, the stone itself is good, but the install was sub par and his response was to blame everything but the shoddy work. He came out and made templates before cutting. There is literally no point in doing that if the intent is not to cut the granite to fit against the wall. His prices are reasonable if you can live with the crap shoot of the installation results.

Craig took 3 weeks and still did not get the job done. He had the countertops done, but they are cut wrong and need fixed. When it was brought to his attention and asked for him to come look at it, he agreed but then canceled. He was not good with communication. He would tell us a time and date to do work, but then he would not follow through. He now has threatened us with a mechanic's lien even though no contract was signed and he would not come to see the problems with the countertop. We do not want a backsplash done with him because of the bad job that was done on the countertops. We need to get the job done and haven't been able to use our kitchen sink for 2 weeks.

Disorganized, does not commit to his schedule and no follow through.

Craig was nice but didn't show up when he said he would. No clean up is done after the job. Never had granite before love it.

Craig was very easy to work with. No pressure and very informative sales help.

Countertops and backsplash look great. Good communications and helpful with picking out colors and design.
