Very good job.
Timely. Provided great explanations for the repair required.
kind of expensive but good work
Quality work, but expensive. I should have asked about their hourly rate before hiring them.
Answered phone promptly, was at my residence within an hour and finished installing a new fawcet in less than 1.5 hrs. Will definitely hire them again.
Thank you Mrs. Dana S for taking the time to write and rate our service. We appreciate you and are happy to help you any time with your plumbing issues.
The plumber charge me $375 to replace a faucet in the back. I also asked him to close my My air conditioner and turn on my thermostat. He disconnected the water to the air conditioner covered it but did not take off the pump or belt and I didnÂ’t see him drain the water from the air conditioner. Which I will doing this weekend, he had his son installed a water Val that I needed to replace under my sink. When he turned on my thermos he didnÂ’t even clean iwhich was fullnofb dust he didnÂ’t change the filter he just turn on the pilot. I had to call I had to call him two additional times because the Fossett in the backyard that was the original problem kept leaking . I will but not be hiring this person again
The air conditioner was drained, fan belt removed and water shut off to the unit. The heater was turned on, a brand new filter was installed and the leak on back of the house was repaired and residual water was coming out of your wall do to long term leak. It would be nice if the plumber was asked first instead of you speculating and slandering the company.
