The locksmith who came to my rescue went above and beyond. I locked my keys in my trunk and after getting the car unlocked I struggled to figure out how to open the trunk. The locksmith stuck around and helped and when he left told me I could call him if I needed more help. He was not only good at his job, but a genuinely kind person. I would definitely hire him again!

Doug arrived as scheduled and got down to business right away. We had transitioned from traditional deadbolts, adding over time a number of digital deadbolts that we needed changed to a common key. He also tweaked some of the strike plate positions to ensure the (digital) deadbolts cleared cleanly for trouble free use without fiddling with the door. During a follow-on visit he installed a specialty lock (he had to research and source) for use on a tempered glass interior door. Strongly recommend!
