They want you to think they know what they are doing but thats as far as it goes. VERY sloppy in wiring and Professionalism. Pretty good in basic knowledge.

They were very clean and quick. They showed my wife and I how to use everything and we feel very comfortable with referring them to anyone.

My experience: appointment was cancelled last minute multiple times. First it was scheduled for a Wednesday, then cancelled, then rescheduled to a Friday, and they never showed up and did not give notice. Then rescheduled to a Monday---they showed up half an hour AFTER the work was scheduled to have been completed. This caused complications in my husband's schedule (he works from home and has many important meetings). We were very unsatisfied with the communication. As for the work? We're happy. The mount holds, it was a relatively quick installation. If you can handle the annoyance of scheduling, you can get your TV hung for the standard going-rate of the service. I'll give them one thing--the tech who took my final call was a champ dealing with an angry customer. He just stayed silent while I complained that the service was late (again!) and then said "okay, I will be there soon, thank you." I appreciated that, at the very least.

I had surveillance cameras installed on 9/9/2016. That same night I called Kyle to let him know I needed a camera adjusted and my mobile app was not working after a power outage. He informed me he could "probably" get someone out on Wednesday 9/14, and that he would call an let me know. He never did! I texted him several times....no reply. I called the 800 number on his invoice and the call went to someone that no longer works for him. I called again on October 3rd....no answer. I then called from my work phone an he answered (I believe only because he didn't know that number). We scheduled an appointment for today, 10/7 between 11am and 1pm... almost a month since I initially contacted him. I took off work, and it is now 1:30pm and still no one has shown up!! I tried calling, he did not answer... of course... left a message and still have not heard back from him. This company is unprofessional!! Kyle only wants your money and does not want to provide any form of customer service!! Buyers beware of this company!!

This business is NOT a trustworthy and reliable business for your expensive projects. Initial service was done fine but you did not know if they did the job correctly until problem occurs a month after that. After trying to call the sales manager for at least 5 times, Repair Technician got a half fast job done, he did not know to fix a problem correctly to prevent it from happening and now the problem remains and the sale manager (kyle) totally ignore your phone calls and run. They never show up as they said they would.

Kyle was very professional & did a great job mounting my flat screen tv over the fireplace. My only con is he was supposed to show up at 8:00 am & he didn't show up until right before 11:00 am. Kyle was courteous enough to call me right before 8:00 am to let me know he would not be to my house now until between 9:30-10:30 am.

The worst customer service i ever had in my life i spent over 3k on cam's and alarm and where do i start, The cameras are constantly going out , the wire used was cheap china that failed in months. when contacted about problems i would get a date and time for repair but they would never show. This has happened several times now, Very unprofessional would NEVER recommend.
