They came out and fixed what I needed, a new motor.

Good. Knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.

The absolute worst company I have ever done business with. Ordered a door in July. Was lied to about when it was coming. Excuse after excuse. Then they scheduled installation 3 separate times. First time they said they did not schedule it. 2nd time they told me 2 employees were out with covid but scheduled an appointment for 4 days later. Then I was told they were coming but were in an accident and their truck trailer and my door were totaled. So the next business day I showed up at their shop. No wrecked truck and they had never received the door. That was December 1. Then I gave Josh a chance to fix it since he acted unaware of the problem. Well. He finally did put it in on January 12 but did not have the glass windows that I had ordered for it. Said they were expected by January 25. It is now February 24th and they are back to not answering the phone and not returning my calls. These people are liars and cheats and the worst experience I have had with any company. An absolute joke of a company and I am pissed!!! What a pathetic company!!!

Responded quickly to fix a broken spring on our garage door. Work was completed quickly with no issues. It was also during a very cold snap, but service tech did a great job in spite of the cold.

We Lived in Hollister MO for 15 yrs. My house looked dated and we went to the Hollister Grape Festival in 2019 and Continental siding had a booth, we talked to a Lady and signed up for a consultation. I have seen their advertisements on tv many times and I liked their lifetime warranty that is transferrable to new owners if we chose to sell our home. The people were awesome and the office people were informed and great to deal with. They gave us a price we could not refuse because they were running a special to keep the installers busy through the winter. When they got the material and told us the date of install. They arrived on time and the workers were very professional. We replaced out siding and garage doors and the house looks like brand new. The installers kept the work area clean and orderly. We highly recommend Continental Siding ! Jerry us 2 steak dinners. Seriously, we are very happy!

Came the next day, brought all his stuff with him, and was in and out of here. Josh was fantastic. Showed up right on time and did the job then left. Couldn't ask for more.
