Fantastic quality, customer service, responsiveness and reliability!!! Conner was the tech that came out to level our two garage doors. He was exceptionally professional and very nice. Unfortunately he was only able to level one of the doors because the other door has a bad crack in the top panel. He explained fully why he could not work on the door with a crack, and the company policy makes total sense. Conner leveled the one good door in no time at all, and it works like a charm! I gave 4.5 stars in value for the money because of the $100 charge for just coming out and then $100 for every hour the tech is here. So I just paid $175.00 to have one door leveled. I did understand the what the charges would be before the tech came out and while I think it is a bit high, I chose Access Door Company because of their quality service. I do recommend them and I will be calling them again to replace my broken door.

My wife and I couldn't be happier. Door had come from the factory with the wrong glass but access door corrected the problem when they received the proper glass. Very courteous installers left my garage floor cleaner than it was when they arrived. Two thumbs up!

I got a call back right away and got a price based on the features I was looking for. No sales pressure! Once I scheduled they came out the next day. The tech was great - he replaced several worn parts and installed the new opener. It s so quiet I can hardly hear it! Good service and good communication.

Access called and ask what they could do. I told them a connecting piece had torn off the top of my door and the door wouldn t work. I said I hoped the door could be repaired and not replaced. A very personable man came out looked it over and said it wouldn t be a problem, that a panel could simply be replaced. Ben brought the new panel and replaced the old one. He even adjusted the chain on the adjacent door. Ben was very efficient. Everyone I had contact with at Access was very personable and pleasant. They could have sold me a new door but did the right thing and saved me a lot of money. I recommend them without reservation.

The installer forgot to call to let me know he wouldn t make the appointment. Cris the manager ask me what it would take to get me an appointment the next day. I told him what it would take and he never hesitated to make me happy. Great customer service. Thanks Cris!

In a few days, we had, Kurt at our home, providing excellent insight and performing the necessary maintenance and service we requested.
