Avoid this chair company if you value your time and money. This company preys on senior citizens, taking advantage of the elderly and handicapped. In November of 2021, my 77 y/o mothers chair lift did not swivel correctly. Everything else worked fine. They sent out a technician who had no idea how to fix the unit and ended up DOING MORE DAMAGE TO THE CHAIR. Other reviews have cited that the technicians have no proper documentation or experience with the repairs. The company takes no responsibility for fixing these chairs. They billed us over 800 dollars and did not fix the one thing wrong with it. After paying over 440 dollars, they determined that they needed to troubleshoot and replace every board because they had NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING. So, fast forward close to a year later, my mothers chair lift still does not function, and she is forced to walk up the stairs even though she has bad knees. When calling their office to get an update, the horror of trying to communicate with their staff. After 5 calls over two months, they have no idea how to send emails, return calls or get their story straight. They just refuse to help. It is not as much as the money, but the lack of respect they have for their customers and the elderly in need. Your mother or father deserves than to RIPPED OFF at ACCESS Elevator. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

BROKE OUR FRONT DOOR and scraped walls and woodwork. They will not fix this and are saying that they will place a lien on our home for the final payment that I withheld from them (which does not even cover the cost of the door.). VERY UNREASONABLE PEOPLE. STAY AWAY!

This is an awesome company. The company knew the urgency of the repair needed and a very knowledge, polite tech was at our house within a half hour. Problem solved at an extremely fair price. Look no further.

Great customer servive defocated to making things work for the customer, even on weekends.

They were very professional & answered all my questions. They treated me with respect & cleaned up after themselves.

Need to keep customer better informed on subjects such as scheduling and installer arrival. Need better documentation to installer: e.g. there was no instructions about how to install the covers for the chair lift carriage.

They are very friendly, understanding, knowledgeable about their product, but also about the industry options, & informative. Their helpful & patient. I know they're selling a product but they answered all my questions & concerns I had. I was reassured that I was making a good long-term decision for myself & that in time it'll pay for itself.

The elevator is running now. the technician was prompt and did a good job. The latch on the outside door is not functioning and because there is only company I am told that makes these latches the price is $877.00 which I do not have right now as a senior on fixed in come. I have to savwe for this. I will use the same company Access Lift and ramps when i can afford it.
