I called in the morning around 10am and had a repair man at my door by 1pm. He was efficient, knowagable, and had my door repaired within hours. I would highly recommend this company. I want to thank them for their work as I am now more confident with my garage door opener.

So very impressed with such great service and outstanding professionalism. Got a call from my ageing parents that their garage door was no longer working. I was nervous trying to find a reputable company online that could take care of the problem. I live in Canada. We settled on Rick, based on his reviews, and could not be more pleased. Garage Door Opener Repair or Adjustment
I was very perplexed for about 2 weeks since I had come home from a vacation and my opener was working some time and then not the next. After spending many days trying to repair it myself with the instructions and tv videos, I gave up. That evening somehow thru my scanning for garage door repair people I came across these wonderful gentlemen at Access Garage Door. Set up an appointment for the next day and Jason came out and spent time checking all the connections and found the problem. I would hire them in a heart beat. They are fair and honest about what they charge and even offered to put a handle on my garage door. Wasn't till this happened I realized I couldn't open the door without the automatic opener. Great company and good people.

It's an old door so took a little longer than quoted but not charged extra. How refreshing. Excellent customer service all around. Will definitely recommend these good people/company.

I spoke to Rick in the morning and he was very professional and pleasant. The service technician arrived later that day, was prompt, very professional, and friendly. He identified what needed to be fixed and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The work was done quickly and I'm very happy with the results. I highly recommend Access Garage Door and will definitely call them if I need repairs to my garage door again.

There were several adjustments and even a part that needed to be replaced on the opener before it would work. Our tech, who is new to the company has been briefed on this and corrective actions have been taken to prevent misunderstandings like this from happening in the future.
