I received the thorough inspection of my garage that I sought. Mike explained things as he conducted the inspection and then provided a detailed report.

Excellent service! This was a Home Inspection for a house we are buying. They were on time, thorough. James went all around the house (inside and out), pointing things out, both good and bad and making excellent recommendations to keep the house maintained for years to come. We received the inspection report was set on the same evening. Theiler but easy to read with pictures of the areas he was describing. I do not recall past home inspections being this through. From opening every cabinet door to checking every appliance, to pointing out safety issues. I feel very well-informed about buying this house. I highly highly recommend Access Home Inspections!

Access did a great job going through the home thoroughly. My only suggestion for them would be to inspect the water shutoff valves for corrosion. Obviously they cannot turn on/off the water at the valves because they might break, but they can look for damage to them. (I happened to have been planning to replace them all with quarter-turn shutoffs anyway, because I am crazy about home maintenance.) What I really liked is he had contingency plans to look where he otherwise was bared from looking at. For instance, due to ice on the roof he couldn't safely walk up there, but he had a 40 foot extension pole for his camera with a button to make it take a picture.

Jad was very friendly and quite knowledgeable. I followed him around my house and asked a lot of questions. He was more than willing to answer them and to take the time to show me how my future house works. He also told me how certain little things around the house can be improved. Highly recommend.

I've had an inspection done 10 years ago on my previous home , the first time I went through this process, and realized how much inferior that was to what was done by Access Home Inspections. These guys were top notch. I had my handyman go over their report with me before I relocate and he was impressed with how thorough and detailed they were and how they didn't just do a cursory look at the home. James went in-depth, got into the guts of the crawl spaces and made observations that showed they knew what they were doing. Not to mention, anytime I had a request before or after the inspection they were receptive and the guy who helped me schedule, Bill, was just so pleasant. I talked to James again after the inspection to go over things in more detail. He was more than willing to do so. 5 stars isn't enough. They deserve more.

Jad was knowledgeable and has the ability to explain things right/wrong with the house to an expert and novice alike. He was able to point out the things that were really solid about the house as well as things that were suspect. The inspection report was prepared quickly and sent later the same day, and was clear and easy to read. I would recommend this service to someone else.

I like to work with people who are both professional and personable. Jad, the owner of Access Home Inspections is both of those things. We are out of state investors and came into the area to familiarize ourselves with the market and geography in Indianapolis. Because we were interested in several wholesale properties, we needed quick service to determine investment viability. The first property we looked at was a total bust and we knew it within seconds of entering. Jad still pointed out some major issues that would need to be addressed if we did move forward with it. He then followed us to a second property that we were considering. While we decided not to go forward with that one either it was very nice of him to walk the property with us, and he did still send a report. We are now at the pre-contract inspection stage on two properties, one Jad will inspect next Monday, and the other that still needs to be scheduled, but I have 100% confidence that Jad will do a thorough job and will be looking out for our best interests.

The overall experience with Access Home Inspections was excellent from start to finish. Jad has a responsive team managing scheduling and questions and he was exceptional to work with at the home. He arrived before the 8am apt an took deliberate time to walk me through areas of concerns and recommendations. In reviewing his report, which was thorough, if asked for a section to be revised and, after discussing it, changes were made that day. Jad followed up with me afterwards to confirm. His pricing included termite inspection, typically an additional charge, and was already very competitive vs others. I'll recommend him to others and will use him next time I'm in the market.
