Access Lifts & Ramps is a veteran-owned company with over 26 years of experience selling, installing, maintaining and repairing stairlifts, wheelchair lifts, aluminum wheelchair ramps (we do not build ramps using wood or concrete) and home elevators (we do not sell, install or service commercial elevators). In our history, we have installed over 5,000 lifts, more than all of our competitors combined. We also have reconditioned products and rental programs for your short-term needs. Our standard business hours are 8a-5p Monday through Friday. We offer after hours service on evenings and weekends. We look forward to earning your business!

They say what they are going to do and then they DO it. Chair lift two years old works great for 24 year Parkinson person. Service and maintenance calls have been on time and complete. They are appreciated.

Both the sales representative and the tech were excellent. The outdoor installation was completed in four hours. The tech explained not only the operation of the unit, but also how to maintain it during the winter months. I recommend them with out reservation.

Just to let you know I am a happy customer. I am 78 years old and just lost my husband to cancer last October. I want to stay in my home as long as I am physically able to but had a fear of falling while going up and down my basement stairs. A friend of mine knew 2 people who had a stair lift installed by your Rochester, NY dealer and they both were extremely happy with it. I called Access and must say the people are wonderful to deal with. When the salesman came to my home he discussed everything I needed to know about having a chair installed, answered all my questions and concerns, and never pressured me into a higher priced chair. I wanted to be able to still close the door leading to the basement and was concerned that it might not be possible but was happy to learn it wouldn't be a problem. Today, the installer came and put in my chair lift and I couldn't be more pleased. He demonstrated how everything worked and even went up and down the stairs in the chair to reassure me that it worked fine. He then let me go up and down twice and told me to always make sure the chair was locked in position before doing anything else. He was very thorough with the instructions. I'm so glad I was able to find a local dealer who also provides maintenance and service. I will recommend Access to anyone who asks me.
