I found the people that I dealt with knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me well. I got multiple quotes and I that that Access Ohio's quote was reasonable. They were not the lowest, but based on what they quoted and the work done, I thought they did a much more complete job. I was more comfortable with their expertise.

I have contacted several companies pertaining to this type of service, but have never received information to help my situation and paid nothing. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and had no problem giving me helpful info for free which will save me money.
The other company's was just about the money. Anyone in this profession can make lots of money off of one customer.I appreciate the help!

Very disrespectful and rude to not only customer but his employees as well. A employee and Josh Prather was arguing because Josh fired him and just kept the money that man worked hard for. The employee worked at my house for 11 hours one day and 9 hours the next and he didn't get any of the money I paid for the job because Josh kept it all from him. I also heard this isn't his first time doing this.

Rodent Pest Control Service
Mice problem in 4400 sq ft of attic; they removed all insulation then disinfected and sanitized the area. Installed new thermal, acoustical, and pest control insulation. Inspected and sealed any exterior entry points. Also included food traps. Josh and his team are fantastic, very professional. They communicate at every step of the way. Cleaned up at the end of every work day. Would 100% hire them again.
