Access Without Limits, LLC

Chuck from access Without Limits went out of his way multiple times to help the process dealing with the Veterans Administration! The VA is not always easy to deal with however his patients and his professional manner were not affected by the hoops placed in front of him... The work that was done was absolutely amazing and not only I but all who have looked at it have enjoyed the renovations that were done. As a disabled veteran they have made my home much more accessible allowing me continued Independence!

Very professional and quick to install and finish the

Good job!

They were polite and efficent.

Great

Very professional. Job well done.

The parent company is not bad but the local contractor, Inlet Contracting in Virginia Beach was terrible. We started the project 20 September 2018 and they just finally finished June of 2020. Terrible communication, inconsistent supervision, consistent delays and one excuse after the other. If Mark the owner comes to your property send him packing.

The company was great to work with. They did a great job and were very polite and professional through the whole process.

I love all the work this company did to make our house fall safe. The walk in shower is so easy to get in and out of and the hand grips don't slip as they are screwed into solid wood on the other side of the tile walls. Before, there was a jetted tub and it was difficult to transfer over the tub walls and the grips which had suction pads would slip sometimes and without glasses, I couldn't tell between red or green. On the interior doors, the swing free hinges made an extra inch to two inches width for easy pass through with my wheelchair. Thank you "Access Without Limits"so much for everything. If after my surgery, I still can't walk, I will try to hire you for more home safe projects. Thank you Jack, Bryan and Clay!

They were very prompt in responding to our call and sensitive to our needs. If you need ADA approved grab bars installed, these are your guys!

done quickly

We bought the ramps which Jack, the owner recommended. They are very sturdy and fit our needs perfectly.

Staff is very kind, friendly & professional😊

Upfront about cost! Help Associates! Quick completion!

They came the next day after we approved the estimate. They worked very hard to place the ramp in a narrow space between a light pole and a flower bed. Also their quote was the best of three we got.

They are qualified and knowledgeable about installing safety modifications to your home.

Needed a ramp ASAP. They installed it the day after we said yes to the cost quote! Arrived when they said, and got the job done! I would highly recommend them!!!

great job

This company was very professional and performed the job as expected. Customer service was exceptional and the owner was very professional and receptive to our needs. I will definitely hire this company for our mobility and handicapped renovations.

Our ramp looks great. These folks were wonderful to work with. Donâ t hesitate to hire them.

Jack was great. Very professional. I use him as my personal contractor

awesome to work with

If it weren't for these people, my 85-year-old dad would probably be heading for the old folks home. They replied quickly, showed up on time with ideas and installed a fast, affordable answer to allow him to access his bathroom. They truly saved my family's day. And they were very pleasant on top of that!

Very good work. Cleaned up after work was done. Quick and timely.

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our concerns
