My garage door opener died after about 40 years and the door was that old also but was working ok, wood door, just real heavy. I decided to replace all of it. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric White, owner and my installer from Access Garage Doors, of SLC. Eric got back to me immediately to discuss installing a new garage door opener for my single car garage. He promptly arrived at my house that afternoon, and in little more than an hour I had a new belt drive Liftmaster garage door opener installed and working fabulously. Why did I wait so long? Eric is the guy I wish I had on every project I need done at my house. He knows his craft, directed me to which model to purchase based on my needs, and he came promptly, completed the job quickly, and with care. He saw things that my door needed from a bit of neglect and he fixed them (straightened a slightly bent rail, hammered in loose header boards, oiled parts needing oil), all so I could have the best experience possible. Eric from Access garage doors responded quickly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed the problem with our garage door and looked at the other 2 garage doors to make sure they were working properly. He was very fast and efficient with his time! We will certainly use his again if needed.

Showed up on time. Tried for a good long while to trouble shoot my existing system before determining that my 25 year old Liftmaster had probably developed an internal non reparable problem. He then bid the installation of a new product and worked with me as to installation costs and additional add ons like keypads and remotes.

I like the service provided. What i do not like is all the other calls I have been receiving from other companies for the same service that is already done. At all hours.

Eric is great! Very knowledgeable and was able to get me in quickly. He replaced my spring and wheels on my garage door. My garage door has never worked better. He’s very upfront with the costs, no surprises. He also did try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Felt like it was a fair price for the work done.
